1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, applying for participation, purchasing leads, or participating in any program, system, training, or service offered by Georgia White Ryle DBA Pension Expander (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Description of Services
The Company provides structured training, lead distribution, business systems, educational materials, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Company does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Participation may include:
Access to training materials
Access to CRM systems
Lead distribution
Business modeling support
Coaching or strategy sessions
All participation is subject to approval at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. No Income Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer
The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, financial results, or business performance.
Any examples of earnings, projections, or outcomes are illustrative only and are not promises of results.
Your results depend entirely on:
Your effort
Your skill
Your follow-through
Market conditions
Your independent actions
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your business decisions and results.
4. Implementation & Unlimited Support Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee income, financial results, or a specific timeline for success.
Instead, the Company offers an Implementation & Unlimited Support Guarantee.
If you actively implement the System of Growth in good faith and in accordance with Company guidance and all applicable third-party policies, the Company will continue to provide structured support and guidance at no additional cost for as long as you remain actively implementing the system.
Eligibility for continued support requires that you:
Complete all required training and onboarding materials.
Implement the prescribed steps of the System of Growth.
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain compliance with Company standards and any third-party platform policies.
Engage respectfully within support channels.
Maintain your account in good standing.
This guarantee applies solely to ongoing support access. It does not include refunds, reimbursement of advertising costs, lead costs, software costs, or any other business expenses.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a participant is actively implementing the system and therefore eligible for continued support.
All results depend on individual effort, consistency, skill development, communication, and adherence to the system. No income or performance guarantees are made or implied.
5. Lead Distribution Terms
If you purchase or receive leads:
Leads are delivered as-is.
The Company does not guarantee conversion rates.
Payment must be received before lead allocation.
Once leads are delivered, no refunds are issued.
The Company is not responsible for your follow-up performance or closing ability.
Lead quality is not guaranteed beyond standard targeting practices.
You acknowledge that results depend on your communication skills and execution.
6. Access and Non-Transferability
Access to any system, CRM, training, or materials is granted solely to the approved participant.
Access may not be:
Shared
Sold
Assigned
Transferred
Given to spouses or third parties
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Confidentiality
You agree that all training materials, systems, processes, CRM structures, marketing frameworks, and duplication models are confidential and proprietary.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce materials
Share system documents
Disclose internal strategies
Teach the system outside the authorized structure
Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
8. Non-Solicitation
During participation and for 12 months following termination, you agree not to:
Recruit other participants into competing systems
Solicit team members outside the authorized structure
Attempt to duplicate or recreate the Company’s system independently
This clause protects the integrity of the duplication model.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, systems, frameworks, designs, documents, CRM configurations, and marketing structures remain the exclusive property of the Company.
No license is granted except for personal participation use.
10. Compliance and Ethical Conduct
Participants must comply with:
All applicable laws
MLM company policies
Advertising standards
Ethical marketing practices
Misrepresentation of income, spamming, harassment, or deceptive conduct may result in termination.
11. Termination and Revocation of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at its sole discretion for:
Breach of these Terms
Misconduct
Non-compliance
Ethical violations
Failure to follow system standards
Upon termination, access to all materials and systems will cease immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Company for the System of Growth enrollment fee.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption.
All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your business conduct
Your marketing activities
Your representations to prospects
Your violation of law or MLM policy
14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from participation in the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Mississippi under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to:
Jury trial
Class action participation
Consolidated claims
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
Jurisdiction shall be in Mississippi courts only if arbitration is deemed unenforceable.
16. User Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or communications submitted to the Company may be used for marketing or operational purposes unless you provide written notice requesting exclusion.
17. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Description: When you opt-in to our service, we will send you messages regarding [e.g., appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers].
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us at [Support Email].
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies."
18. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
